reintroducing my work and current offerings
inside voice is emotional liberation work. This work is for the earth angels—the artists, poets, space holders, guides, and mystics who are navigating personal blocks that can’t be solved through willpower or talk therapy alone. This is because these blocks live beyond the intellect, in your emotional body.

accessing stillness and rest; a bedtime meditation
I made this mini bedtime meditation for you, as an invitation—not to shut off and down—but to tune in, listen, notice. To simply be with yourself, to find a quiet place within yourself—just for a moment, bringing that care you share so easily and beautifully with others to yourself. Knowing you'll return to your commitments and devotions again soon. Remembering that those commitments and devotions include you, too.

keeping an agile heart
If there's anything that this past year has taught me, it's this: Even when things feel fragile, keep an agile heart.
In hypnosis, this might mean connecting with the compassionate witness within us—not to bypass, avoid, or even fix our circumstances and the world around us, but to be with what is. In client sessions over the past few years, I have observed that being present with our current circumstances allows us more agency, adaptability, and creativity in how we respond to and shift those very conditions. Presence can expand possibility, while reaction—a state where we may find ourselves unconsciously replaying old, unsupportive, even harmful patterns—can shrink it.

taking shape, unfurling, locating myself
I am without many words, but I can share what is alive in me in this moment. I am feeling extra tender, enraged, and emboldened these days — locating myself within concentric realities of my personal experiences (new locations, opportunities, affection, connection, and rotation around the sun) and the collective (the terror of U.S. imperialism in our own communities and overseas).

sharing transmissions & prompts from April 2025
Last month's sessions with you all were so lush and oceanic. I hold each one as a microcosm of liberatory magic — a space to shift consciousness and bring us into greater relationship with our wholeness. I'm sharing a few salient transmissions and inspired prompts that emerged from April

keeping grounded when things get stormy
I wonder: what things or which people keep you grounded when things get stormy? Is it a tree in your neighborhood that offers you shade and silence? Is it a flower whose color sings to you? Is it a friend or lover you can call or text at a moment’s notice or who gives you the space you need? A hot herbal tisane that soothes you? A song you have on repeat while you shower? A bite of chocolate cake? A moment to scream?
